we determine the entry time for trucks, depending on the ferry they are going to take;

we open and close the parking on each dock, in co-operation with Ancona Port Authority, based on a schedule decided by our personnel with the aim of reaching the best reception in those areas, and of avoiding any promiscuousness of vehicles boarding on different ferries;

we sort the vehicles out, on each dock depending on type, final destination and position inside the ferry.

we coordinate with the authorities in charge the handling of the traffic entering and exiting from the port, in Mandracchio and Lazzaretto areas during the days of most intense traffic;

in special occasions, such as exhibitions and other events that require particular open spaces, we plan and organise suitable areas within the port so that the standard boarding procedures are not affected;

in cooperation with the authorities in charge, we moreover control the road conditions inside the port and near the new ticket- office.
